As you can see, there are many scientists involved and many research opportunities. Cosmology is studied in the Department of Astrophysical Sciences, the Physics Department, and the Institiute for Advanced Study. The groups work together, collaborate on multiple projects, and join each others meetings.

Graduate students move freely between University departments, and postdocs at the University work with those at the Institute.
